We built this business to take the stress out of homeownership and to help families like yours feel confident that someone has your back when things break, wear out, or need upgrading.
Our Story
It was the coldest night of the year. We had just become new parents - exhausted, stretched thin, and still adjusting to the chaos of life with a newborn. That night, the furnace suddenly stopped working. The temperature in our home dropped fast and all we could think about was our baby's safety. We called for help, and a technician showed up. Ten minutes in the attic, a few vague shrugs, and the heat kicked back on. When we asked what fixed it, we got a non-answer: Maybe I wiped something down... maybe dust came off the ignitor. Then came the invoice - $300 for "ignitor cleaning" that we didn't authorize, and that may not have even fixed anything. We felt helpless and taken advantage of.
That's when Handyzee was born.
We realized there was a gap. Not just in home repair services, but in trustworthy, transparent, proactive care. If we were feeling this way, how many other families were too?
